Lenka Novakova’s Video, “Flood Documentation”

Lenka Novakova, an October VSC resident from the Czech Republic, projects her video at night from the VSC Red Mill across the river onto the effacing building. This work was inspired by her research into a historic Gihon River flooding and relates well with the current bridge construction.
